I'm trying to learn...

True Photography.

Okay, so I'm far far from good, but I'm trying to learn. To learn you have to practice, what's that saying? Practice makes Perfect... Well, that is what you have here... a bunch of practice.

I'm so lucky that I have awesome models at any given moment! I can totally say that Fall clothes shopping will evolve around the camera. What colors look best and what tones work with their skin. :) No more Thomas t-shirts Mason... it's all basic colors for you! and Abby... I have to find a color to bring out that brown in your eyes! We are on a mission!!

Apple Picking

This past weekend we went Apple Picking. Fall is almost here, so it's time to do those "Fall weather" type things!! I can't wait for the pumpkin patch and falling leaves! This will also be our 4th year at Cox Farm, and I'm excited to see how much fun the kids will have this year.

Apple Picking was an adventure! The kids loved to climb up in the trees. Stepping on the apples that had fallen to the ground prooved to be the most fun! The farm had about 5 dogs wondering around and Abby absolutely loved each one. She is such an animal kid!! I love it!!

Adjusting to our new schedule.

Well, things have been slow around here while we adjust to our new school schedule. The kids are calming down on the bus, and getting a hang of the routine. The kids on the bus are getting to know Mason and Abby and they have made a few new friends. Overall, things are working out well with the new job. I am so lucky that I have found a job where I don't have to leave the kids during the day.

Here is a new picture of Abby, she was dressed and ready to go to a Labor Day picinic. So cute, and so grown-up.
Here is one last picture of what we do when we are outside having fun!! Uncle Michael likes to take trips around the house. Mason and Abby loved pulling him behind the Jeep!!  Posted by Picasa

The Wheels on the Bus Go Round and Round

We're driving a school bus!!
Well, school started here on Tuesday and we've been working on getting our route down for the past couple days. Today things went fairly smooth for the first time!! We have plenty of toys and the kids listen to a Discman, I'd love to buy a Portable DVD for them.
They stay here at home with Mas in the mornings and I am back home at 9am. They are waking up around that time and I've been working for over 3 hours!! The kids and I get to hang out around the house, eat lunch and then we head back out to the bus at 12:30 and are back home at 5pm. I'm hoping things work well for this school year, it will be a big transition for the kids to be out so much everyday. Maybe this will prepare them for the day when they are the ones getting off the bus and going into school all day long!!
